Moving on, moving on

Watched Walk the Line today. I actually wanted to watch Narnia, but my watch wasn't showing the right day, so I thought it was only December 8 today, and when I got to my dad he had already bought the tickets.

It wasn't a complete loss.

Walk the Line was totally great. If you had to choose between HP4 and Walk the Line, I recommend the latter. Not that they're in the same level at all. In hindsight, HP4 wasn't so great, it was passable. Anyway. Walk the Line, people. Oh, who am I kidding? Of course everyone would watch Potter although Walk the Line has "Oscar written all over it."

Anyway, I'm on Pandora right now, and I'm finding it great. Too bad it doesn't offer Japanese rock. At least, not yet. I hope they get to International Music soon. You people should try it. It's a great way to discover new music.

And, I got the last results for the assessment. It seems I might be qualified for the English Honors Program. I still have to confirm that by phoning them, but, hey, it's a possibility. And I shall be able to register maybe on Tuesday or Wednesday.

Yep, yep, life is moving along.

Bitchcakes. XD

You know what I want? What I really really want?

I want bubblegum. Not chewing gum. I'm sick of gum that won't even do the simple act of being blown into a bubble.

And. Bitchcakes. zOMG. Bitchcakes.

I love you, Neil. Gosharootie.

zOMG! *Kills Skippy*

Apart from that, I feel like absolute crap. Absolute crap, I tell you.

Bitchcakes.

Hey, stranger.

I'm just really happy that I got to talk to a very old friend who left the Philippines when I was 10 years old.

I was just wtf at his voice. At first I thought it was a wrong number. I mean, at first I heard no trace of that voice I used to know. But after awhile it started becoming familiar again.

Hurrah for friendship!

...

Took the ENL today, and I hope everything gets done already so I can register for classes. The only problem I see with that is that there's so few classes and a lot of the GE subjects are now closed. *sigh* But at least I'll be in school.

And I took the opportunity of being alone in school (my Dad was always with me the previous times) to get lost for awhile. I discovered that the school isn't really that large, but that's just how it is when you've been around a place long enough.

So, um. Oh yeah! I finished reading Anansi Boys last night! Review tomorrow because the book totally deserves it.

Happy 2nd month...

I got the results for the assessment today! So, I have to take one more test, that's English as a Native Language. With Math, well, I'm just qualified for Math 120 or Math 125. That's still okay, as both of the subjects are UC/CSU Transferrable. But I also did pretty well in Math, just not exceptional enough for them to ask me to take another Math exam.

So, another test! Let's hope I don't miss the bus!

And, as today is the December 4th, it's my second month away from the Philippines. It feels like a lifetime away.

But let's not get depressed now, especially when I'm being taken away by a lot of Jrock.
